SULUT – Tujuh hari menjelang Pilkada Sulut (9 Desember 2020) nanti, Pasangan Calon Kepala Daerah dari kubu petahana, Olly Dondokambey-Steven Kandouw (Olly-Steven) ‘on the track’ menuju kepemimpinan dua periode.
Hal ini terungkap dari hasil survei LSI (Lingkaran Survei Indonesia) Denny JA yang dibeber ke media, Rabu (02/12/2020) bertempat di Ruangan Tondano, Swisbell Hotel Manado.
Direktur KCI (Konsultan Citra Indonesia) LSI, Adjie Al Faraby mengungkapkan, elektabilitas Paslon nomor 3 di Pilkada Sulut (Olly-Steven) yang disurvei 19-25 November 2020, berada jauh di atas dua paslon lainnya, CEP-Sehan (nomor 1) dan VAP-HR, paslon nomor 2.
Survei LSI menyebut, elektabiltas Olly-Steven mencapai di atas 65% , meninggalkan pesaingnya, CEP-Sehan yang berkutat di posisi kedua (26,2%) dan VAP-HR (5,5%) di urutan ketiga.
Dengan selisih sekitar 40-an persen dari pesaing terdekat yakni CEP-Sehan, menunjukkan tren bahwa paslon petahana terus naik pamornya sejak dua survei terakhir lalu, hingga yang ketiga ini dan tak terkejar.
Tak berlebihan jika jelang seminggu hari pencoblosan nanti, Olly-Steven tak akan menemui kesulitan untuk kembali terpilih sebagai duet top eksekutif di Sulawesi Utara periode 2021-2024.
Hegemoni Olly-Steven ini dari pemaparan hasil survei LSI, mencakup keunggulan pada banyak aspek di mata responden.
LSI menegaskan, Olly-Steven perkasa di 6 segmen pemilih penting.
“Semua aspek yang menjadi pertimbangan (variabel) pemilih dalam memilih diungguli Olly-Steven.
Sulit sekali dan hampir mustahil kompetitor untuk mengejar petahana,” ungkap Faraby.
Dalam survei ini, LSI Denny JA menggunakan multistage random sampling dengan 800 responden. “Margin errornya kurang lebih 3,5%,” kata Faraby.(**)
