Pohuwato –Apel kopri tingkat kabupaten Pohuwato yang berlangsung di halaman kantor bupati dipimpin Sekretaris Daerah Pohuwato, Iskandar Datau dan dihadiri pimpinan OPD beserta jajaran ASN, Senin, (19/09/2022).
Pada apel korpri itu, Sekda Pohuwato menyerahkan surat keputusan (SK) kenaikan pangkat (Kenpa) kepada 524 aparatur sipil Negara (ASN) golongan IV, golongan III dan golongan II.
SK Kenpa periode Oktober 2022 itu secara simbolis diterima Kepala Baperlitbang, Irfan Saleh,SPt.,M.Si mewakili golongan IV, sementara untuk golongan III diwakili Muhamad Feisal A. Asimu,S.STP dan golongan II oleh Stepon Habi.
Mewakili pemerintah daerah, Sekda Iskandar Datau mengucapkan selamat kepada bapak ibu ASN yang pada tahun ini menerima SK kenaikan pangkat, semoga dengan kenaikan pangkat ini akan lebih memacu kinerja dan meningkatkan semangat dalam bekerja.
Selain itu, sekda juga mengingatkan tentang disiplin ASN baik itu disiplin masuk kerja maupun disiplin dalam bekerja termasuk disiplin apel seperti saat ini. Karena manfaat apel seperti ini antaranya kita mendengar arahan dari pembina terkait dengan tugas-tugas yang menjadi program pemerintah yang harus kita sukseskan bersama. Sehingga apel ini sangat penting untuk diikuti disamping ini juga sebagai ajang silaturahmi diantara kita semua.
Terakhir, panglima ASN itu mengingatkan kepada seluruh jajaran pemerintah daerah mulai dari dusun, desa, kecamatan hingga seluruh jajaran aparatur di lingkungan pemeritah daerah agar melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi secara sungguh-sungguh, tulus dan bertanggungjawab dengan mengedepankan harmonisasi dan interkoneksitas dengan semua stakeholder yang ada.
