Minsel-Bupati Minahasa Selatan (Minsel) Franky Donny Wongkar, SH, menerima kunjungan kerja dari Anggota DPD RI Ir. Stefanus B. A. N. Liow, MAP., bertempat di Kantor Bupati Minahasa Selatan. Jumat (25/07/2025).
Dalam pertemuan itu, Bupati FDW, di dampingi Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekda, Kepala Dinas Perdagangan dan Plt. Kepala Dinas Ketahanan Pangan.
Adapun yang menjadi pembahasan dalam pertemuan ini terkait dengan pembentukan Wadah Desa Bersatu Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, dalam hal ini melakukan koordinasi persiapan musyawarah daerah pemilihan pengurus.
Menurut Bupati FDW,Wadah Desa Bersatu adalah sebuah organisasi yang menaungi delapan organisasi desa nasional. Organisasi ini lahir dari Kongres Desa Indonesia pada bulan Maret 2024 dan bertujuan untuk memperkuat pembangunan desa berbasis komunitas.
“Desa Bersatu menjadi wadah bagi organisasi-organisasi seperti APDESI, AKSI, ABPEDNAS, PABPDSI, PPDI, Parede Nusantara dan KOMPAKDES.” ujar Bupati FDW.
Pertemuan ini turut di hadiri, Kapolres Minsel AKBP David Candra Babega, SIK., MH, Dandim 1302 Minahasa yang diwakili oleh Danramil 1302-14 Amurang Lettu Inf. Jantje Marthen Wulur,Ketua Harian Koni Kabupaten Minsel Franky J. F. Lelengboto, Tokoh Agama dan Tokoh Masyarakat.
Hadir juga Camat Amurang, Camat Amurang Timur, Camat Tatapaan dan Plt. Camat Amurang Barat. (*Onai)
