Manado-Discover North Sulawesi 2024 siap dibuka 7 September 2024 di hotel Borobudur Jakarta.
Hal ini ditegaskan Sekretaris Provinsi Sulut Steve Kepel didampingi Asisten Administrasi Umum DR Fransiskus Manumpil dan Asisten Perekonomian Tahlis Galang saat memimpin rapat pelaksanaan kegiatan DNC, Rabu (21/08/2024).
Saat memimpin rapat, Sekprov Kepel memulai dari kehadiran SKPD terkait dan Pemkab/Pemkot apakah serius terkait kesiapan, karena saat dicek masih ada SKPD dan Kabupaten/Kota tak hadir.
“Kegiatan ini penting untuk mengecek kesiapan serta pembagian waktu dalam hal mengisi acara serta bisa menampilkan budaya dan presentasi keunggulan daerah sehingga dibutuhkan pejabat berkompeten hadir.” Ujar Sekprov.
Sekprov Kepel pun berharap semua mulai mensosialisasikan kegiatan ini karena setiap minggu telah ada jadwal bagi kabupaten/kota termasuk menampilkan ciri khas daerag baik kuliner serta kebudayaan agar bisa memberikan nuansa daerah yang ditampilkan dalam kegiatan ini.
Sementara itu, Asisten Manumpil menambahkan sesuai jadwal bagj kabupaten/ kota dalam minggu berjalan dalam discover bisa menampilkan talks show dan bisa koordinasi dengan PTSP Sulut bersama bupati/walikota menyampaikan presentasi terkait pariwisata dan lain lain lewat meeting dengan stakholder terkait.
Ditambahkan Asisten Tahlis bahwa setelah rakor bersama UMKM akan disiapkan lokasi dalam menampilkan produk UMKM.
Sementara itu banyak masukkan dari Kabupaten/Kota serta menyatakan sangat siap ikut dalam ajang discover north 2024.
