Sitaro-Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Sitaro menggelar sidang lanjutan kasus tindak pidana korupsi di Pengadilan Tipikor Manado pada Senin 29 Mei 2023 lalu.
Kasus korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara miliyaran rupiah ini, bersumber dari APBDes untuk pemetaan 72 desa di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sitaro .
Dalam agenda sidang pembacaan tuntutan dakwaan primer bagi ketiga terdakwa masing sebagai berikut , terbukti bersalah dan meyakinkan melanggar pasal 2 ayat 1 jo pasal 18 UU RI nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang tindak pemberatasan korupsi , UU no 20 thn 2001, perubahan atas UU RI no 31 thn 1999 tipikor jo pasal 55 ayat 1 KUHPidana sebagai berikut.
1,Terdakwa Liane Tangkilisan SE AK. Dituntut 8 (delapan) tahun pidana penjara di kurangi masa tahanan denda Rp.500,000 000 (lima ratus juta rupiah) subsider 5 bulan kurungan, dan membayar uang pengganti kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp. 1. 638. 636. 364.00,- (satu milyar enam ratus tiga puluh delapan juta,enam ratus tiga puluh enam ribu,tiga ratus enam puluh empat rupiah), apabila tidak menyanggupinya maka diganti dengan pidana penjara 4 tahun tiga bulan penjara.
2, Terdakwa Alfrits adrian Tumbel SH. Dituntut pidana penjara 8 tahun penjara denda Rp. 400.000.000,- subsider 4 bulan. Menetapkan uang pengganti sejumlah Rp. 600.000.000.- (enam ratus juta rupiah), apabila tidak menyanggupinya maka diganti dengan pidana penjara 4 tahun penjara.
3, Terdakwa Febrianto gandaria S.Kom, dituntut dengan pidana penjara 7 tahun penjara, dan membayar denda sebesar Rp. 300.000.000,- (tiga ratus juta rupiah) subsider 3 bulan.
Sidang lanjutan ini berlangsung terbuka yang di hadiri 10 orang dipimpin oleh Majelis Hakim Ketua Yance Patiran SH MH, Maria Magdalena Sitanggang SH MH, (Hakim Anggota) Pultoni SH MH, (Hakim Anggota) selanjutnya sidang kembali di lanjutkan pekan depan dengan agenda sidang mendengarkan pledoi dari ketiga tersangka.
