Bireun – Presiden Joko Widodo membagikan 2.576 Sertifikat Tanah untuk Rakyat di Desa Cot Gapo, Kabupaten Bireuen, Aceh pada Sabtu (22/02/2020). Pembagian sertifikat tanah ini merupakan salah satu agenda kunjungan kerja Presiden dan sejumlah Menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju di Aceh, selain meninjau Jalan Tol Banda Aceh–Sigli, dan menghadiri Kenduri Kebangsaan.
“Problem di negara kita indonesia setiap saya pergi ke desa, setiap saya pergi ke kampung, selalu yang menyampaikan ke saya ini rakyat, ‘pak tanah saya sengketa’ pak ini ada konflik tanah’, kenapa itu terjadi? Karena rakyat tidak pegang sertifikat, sengketa lahan dimulai dari situ,” kata Presiden.
Presiden juga berpesan agar sertifikat yang telah dibagikan untuk disimpan dan dipergunakan sebaik-baiknya. Jika pun perlu untuk digadaikan untuk suatu kebutuhan, Presiden meminta hal itu dilakukan untuk urusan yang mendesak dan dipergunakan untuk modal usaha.
“Kalau sudah minjam ke bank, dipakai untuk agungan ke bank, gunakan semuanya untuk modal usaha, sekali lagi hati-hati untuk pinjam ke bank, dikalkulasi, bisa nyicilnya atau tidak, kalau ‘nggak bisa sertifikatnya bisa hilang,” pesan Presiden.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Presiden juga turut memperkenalkan sejumlah Menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju dan pejabat yang hadir kepada masyarakat. Diantaranya, Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian, Menteri Kehutanan dan Lingkungan Hidup (KLHK) Siti Nurbaya, Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Basuki Hadimuljono, Kepala Kantor Staf Presiden Moeldoko, serta dua Menteri lainnya yang berasal dari Aceh yakni Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang atau Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Sofyan Djalil, dan Menteri Agama Fachrul Razi.
